When you come back from work and open the door, it is easy to get a smile on your face. As soon as you see your dog, he goes crazy with joy, jumping and asking for cuddles. But why does he have such a curious behavior?

The dog's sense of smell is highly developed, so much so that can recognize your human's body odor even from meters away. That smell for him is everything: it is affection, it is company, it is the possibility of eating, going out for a walk,… in short, it is his happiness. That is why every time you open the front door you find him sitting waiting for you, because you are his family.
The dog not ready to live alone. From its origins it has lived in family groups, as the African wild dog does today. Of course, due to the lifestyle we lead, sometimes we have no choice but to leave it like that, alone. In doing so, the furry one feels very bad, but when we return he is very happy, because he knows that we are again by his side.
In addition, do not forget that you have feelings. And in fact, some of them are very similar to ours, such as joy. The furry that we have at home is very happy when he sees us, in the same way that we do when we see someone important or that we have not seen for a long time, but with a clear difference: the dog expresses it more, much more 🙂.

Because if we caress the animal what we are going to achieve is that the next time it becomes even more excited, and that if there are children or elderly people can be a problem. With this in mind, if we see him jump or get very nervous we will turn our backs on him until he calms down. Then we can pamper him if we want.
