Giant George was the American's pet and best friend Dave nasser, who told the press that “we never thought we were buying the biggest dog in the world. He weighed only 17 pounds when I first saw him. Giant George was another member of the family, which Nasser defined as "gentle." Despite its enormous size, the dog was extremely careful with its owners' child when it was just a newborn baby. He slept in his own queen-size bed, although he loved lying on the rug. He loved golf cart rides and was kind and loving with the others, although he avoided the other dogs. Obedient and calm, he had a phobia of water, which made cleaning him difficult.
He passed away in 2013, shortly before his eighth birthday. Currently, both his website and his social networks are still active, as this big man is still alive in the heart of the public. Shortly after another Great Dane named Zeus took his place by being named the largest dog in the world at 8 meters tall and more than 1,11 meters long. After his death in 2 and until today, the title would become Major, another Great Dane of 1,25 meters in height and 2,14 meters in length.
