I've bred quite a few Rotts, over 40, which isn't much compared to professional breeders, but in my 30 years of doing this, I haven't seen that information which I think is wrong. Most people know that American Rottweilers are larger and heavier, so they do not correspond to the standards imposed by the clubs and, in turn, do not correspond to the original Rottweiler that was handled in Germany since Roman times. The same thing happens with pittbulls and other breeds that were degenerated by inbreeding and absurd standards, which only deteriorate dogs.
In such a way, that to affirm that an American Rottweiler is the same as a German one but born in America, is totally absurd. They should correct the information to avoid confusion.
