Pheromones in dogs

Pheromones are chemical substances very important to our Pets, are what allow them to communicate with members of their own species. They can also be used to induce changes within your behavior.

When these substances are released they produce ddifferent physiological changes in the recipient dog. The best known are those of a sexual nature, which are responsible for immediately attracting the opposite sex.

Some so-called primer pheromones they cause an emotional change in the dog that receives them. They are often used within training therapies and when you want to make changes in your behavior. They are the best for reducing your anxiety and stress.

Many call them DAP, this is the type that a bitch can produce when she is nursing her dogs and they serve to relax it. They are also used in treatments to reduce fears, anxiety about travel, visits to veterinarians and in the socialization stage of the puppies.
