What everyone advises is that dogs sleep in their place and that it is a big mistake to allow them from puppies to settle in our beds or on our favorite sofa, they must have their own beds or tables. But the normal thing is that if we have a puppy it spends all night crying or barking because it does not know the place or because you are afraid. And worst of all, they never get tired, sometimes they spend several nights in a row crying and crying.
But do not despair, according to veterinarians it may take seven days for dogs to adapt to the new home, and the first nights are the worst. Making them sleep with us before this period of time does not guarantee that they will behave well, on the contrary, when they are accompanied they will have more desire to play and have fun, and they will never learn to sleep alone. If we meet to find a bit of silence, the only thing we will have is a puppy who already knows that just by crying we will do what they want.
We will give you some tips so that these puppies can rest peacefully: we must let them explore their entire home. Place a cloth or blanket on their beds that has their mother's body odor. Placing a clock or an alarm clock near them, the continuous ticking will remind them of their mother's heartbeat and this will reassure them a lot. Keeping him warm in his bed will make him feel more comfortable.
