To know if he really has indigestion, it is important that we observe the dog to know the symptoms that it presents. In case your last meal didn't sit well with you, we will see that it has:

- He is listless, not wanting to play or go out for a walk.
- He lies down trying to avoid that the belly is in contact with the floor or the bed.
- His eyes are glassy, as if he wants to cry, from the pain he feels.
- You may also have diarrhea.

Treatment of indigestion in dogs
If your dog sees that he wants to eat grass from the garden, and as long as it has not been treated with herbicides or insecticides, let him do it.
The first thing to know is that if you have vomited, it is important that we have it twelve hours without eating for the stomach to rest. After that time, little by little and gradually we will give him more and more of his daily ration, starting with giving him 1/8 of his share. From the third day, if you feel better, you can eat the amount that is due to you according to your weight and age.
Another important point is to keep it hydrated. Thus, we have to make sure he drinks plenty of water to prevent dehydration, keeping the drinker clean and with fresh water.
